    Interesting timings on the flight from Nadi to Rarotonga!! You should get a newspaper in Fiji and then take a photograph of you holding it in the Cook Islands the previous day!

    James, my sincere apologies for recent changes to the flights meaning I will be unable to take such a photograph. The flight from Nadi to Rarotonga all of a sudden changed to include a transfer back at Auckland. I don’t think so! The Cook Islands can’t be that great, even if Patrick did go there. (Incidentally, I don’t know how we’re going to tell him.)

    However, at least I still arrive before I leave!

    Looks like a great trip you’ve got lined up Dan - sister Sue has just passed on the Blog details - and I was hoping to see you at her 50th birthday in Aug (you’ll just have to get a flight back for the 19th Aug then!?).

    Seems a bit short though?! Perhaps too old to get a work permit for Oz?! Or just not fancy doing the nude modelling to earn yourself some cash like some others had to do in their time?

    Anyway have a great time and don’t stop one moment to think of us poor sods roasting in Seville……..

    Basically, I’ll find a job. Except I don’t have an employment visa, so I’ll just engage in some first class unemployed sitting, probably in San Francisco. If I get bored, I could always cross the country and change to fly out of New York. Who knows?!

    Just in case you haven’t had a chance to look more carefully, I’ve just added a domestic flight above - straight after my backwards-in-time flight from Fiji to LA.

    I wouldn’t worry about a VISA too much as I expect that notifying the US authorities about the sort of game employment you are probably looking for is not the best plan!!
